about me
My name is Georg Fischer and I'm a creative developer from Würzburg, Germany. As a freelancer, I work with agencies, businesses and startups to create delightful digital experiences.
I’m available for collaborations and other work opportunities. Let's Talk.
The majority of my projects is built using web technologies. Occasionally create interactive installations and native applications. From time to time I also contribute to open source projects.
In over ten years of working as a creative developer, I have learned and mastered a many techniques, frameworks, tools and programming languages.
I have extended experience working remotely with international and interdisciplinary teams. In addition to that, I'm also able to fit in quickly with a team working on site.
When possible, I prefer to take an iterative approach to solving problems: By creating small animation and interaction prototypes, I try to look at an issue from many angles, leading to a better understanding of underlying issues, and ultimately a better outcome for the project.
Over the years, I have had the opportunity to work with amazing clients – some of them are globally recognized brands like Google, Microsoft, Siemens, Sonos and Volkswagen, others are small buisinesses with specific problems.
